I have been working in the double glazing industry since 1989, starting in both Aberdeen and Fife. I dreamed of starting my own company in 1996, but I had limited funds and no garage. To overcome this, I built a large shed at the bottom of my garden in Zetland Place, Lochgelly. After a year, I purchased an old shop at the end of Jamphlars Road in Cardenden, where I slowly made improvements over nearly nine years. Following that, I rented an industrial unit in Kirkcaldy for four years. As our business grew in popularity, we decided it was time to buy a larger unit in a newer part of the estate in Kirkcaldy, where we have been for over fourteen years now. I work there six days a week, and I hope to see you soon!
